Maria comes into contact with Ashtanga Yoga in 2009.
In 2014 she meets Lino Miele, she understands the importance of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system and she decides to devote herself intensely to the practice by choosing Lino as her teacher and regularly attending workshops and seminars in Italy and India.
Furthermore, she also deepens her practice with Marcello Leoni, another teacher to whom she refers.
Maria has been teaching Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional form since 2015.
In 2020 she becomes Lino’s assistant and is authorized to assist him in his retreats in Italy and India.
