Afternoon
Tuesdays and Thursdays: entry from 18:30 (within 19:00) ⇒ Classes for small groups

The classes are suitable for everyone:
Advanced practitioners will continue their personal Mysore style practice while beginners will be guided through sun salutation and first postures according to the correct vinyasa to memorize the sequence and system according to the traditional method.
